Is this a proper article?

Until several minutes ago, this article was interwiki-linked to the famous American actor en:Michael Douglas. As this article claims him to be a physicist, this obviously is wrong. There also is an American physicist known with that name, en:Michael R. Douglas. It looks like he also isnt meant, as the dates given here (1968 and 1905, looks like a lifespan, but is in the wrong order for it) don't match up with anything in Michael R. Douglas' biography (who was born in 1961). Sadly, except being an American physicist and possibly having some relation to those years, there's absolutely no information about the mysterious Michael Douglas to be found in this article.
