Congratulations on successfully organizing Feminism and Folklore 2022 on your local Wikipedia language. Here are few things that you need to look around during the contest.Make sure that all submissions follow the set of rules as mentioned below and are related to the theme of the project.

désolée d'écrire en français mais je ne connais pas le créole haïtien.

Je m'adresse à vous car je cherche à rejoindre la personne qui a participé à notre Office Hours du 29 avril 2022 et que nous à posé des questions ici, par rapport au manque d'un administrateur d'interface et sur comment améliorer la participation sur ht.wikipedia pour avoir plus de changements de contenu et de modèles. Cette question est importante et mérite toute mon attention, cependant cela sort des compétences du projet des Améliorations de l'interface du bureau, qui ne touche pas le contenu mais seulement l'habillage.

Si vous arrivez à la contacter, vous pouvez lui donner des pistes d'action, par exemple lui suggérer de contacter WikiFranca dont vous êtes membre, qui est l'interlocuteur principal à mon avis à qui s'adresser. Les actions possibles sont plusieurs, de l’organisation de journées de sensibilisation à la contribution, aux maratones d'écriture (exemple), mais vous avez sûrement plus d'information que moi à ce sujet.

Par rapport à l'administrateur d'interface, une idée serait de contacter les Administrateurs d'interface sur fr.wiki et demander s'il connaissent quelqu'un qui a les compétences et le niveau linguistique nécessaires pour devenir bénévole sur la wikipédia en créole haïtien, même de façon temporaire, dans l'attente que une personne de la communauté créole haïtienne (après une formation, peut-être, de la part d'un autre wikipédien?) prend le relais. Je vais demander aussi à l'unique administrateur d'interface que je connais ce qu'il conseille.

Bonjour @Patafisik (WMF), merci pour votre intervention. J'étais assurément le participant à la rencontre du 29 avril et qui a posé la question.

Le Groupe Utilisateurs d'Haïti compte organiser périodiquement des editathons en créole haïtien afin d'ajouter de contenues sur le projet.

Entre temps @Gilles2014 est le seul administrateur en plus de deux bots. Ça m'intéresse grandement d'avoir un peu de formation pour venir en aide.

je me suis renseigné auprès de l'administrateur d'interface que je connais, @Valepert, et il suggère de partir de cette page (section: Requêtes) : on y lit que s'il n'y n'a pas encore d'administrateurs d'interface, dans l'attente vous pouvez demander une aide pour des actions précises sur votre wiki ici. Pour les demandes de permis d'administrateur d'interface, il faut d'abord savoir s'il y a un bureaucrate ou pas sur la wikipédia en créole haïtien, s'il n'y en a pas il faudra l'aide d'un steward, soit pour le permis soit pour des actions spécifiques d'IA. Pour savoir comment se former et/ou quelles sont les compétences requises, il faudrait plutôt se renseigner soit auprès d'un steward francophone, ici la liste, soit auprès de l'un des administrateurs d'interface francophone, ici la liste. Les editathons et la sensibilisation du grand public sont les moyens que je connais pour augmenter l'implication de bénévoles nouveaux et anciens, parfois avec la participation d'institutions. Je ne saurais pas comment attirer les profils techniques, mais je me souviens que lors de la présentation de cette étude en langue italienne, Consonni de l'équipe avait parlé de la stratégie de la wikipédia en polonnais pour avoir plus d'admin ou contributeurs avec des compétences informatiques, je ne sais pas si c'est une expérience exportable ou pas. @Cristian Consonni parle et écrit en français. Je vous souhaite bon courage dans vos démarches, n'hésitez pas à demander à qui s'y connais, désolée mais je ne saurais pas trop quoi dire de plus car je n'ai pas des connaissances dans ce domaine. Christmas Greetings and a Happy New Year 2023,

You are humbly invited to organize the Feminism and Folklore 2023 writing competition from February 1, 2023, to March 31, 2023. This year, Feminism and Folklore will focus on feminism, women's issues, and gender-focused topics for the project, with a Wiki Loves Folklore gender gap focus and a folk culture theme on Wikipedia.

You can help Wikipedia's coverage of folklore from your area by writing or improving articles about things like folk festivals, folk dances, folk music, women and queer folklore figures, folk game athletes, women in mythology, women warriors in folklore, witches and witch hunting, fairy tales, and more. Users can help create new articles, expand or translate from a list of suggested articles.

Organisers are requested to work on the following action items to sign up their communities for the project:

1. Create a page for the contest on the local wiki.
2. Set up a fountain tool or dashboard.
3. Create the local list and mention the timeline and local and international prizes.
4. Request local admins for site notice.
5. Link the local page and the fountain/dashboard link on the meta project page.

This year we would be supporting the community's financial aid for Internet and childcare support. This would be provided for the local team including their jury and coordinator team. This support is opt-in and non mandatory. Kindly fill in this Google form and mark a mail to support@wikilovesfolklore.org with the subject line starting as [Stipend] Name or Username/Language. The last date to sign up for internet and childcare aid from our team is 20th of January 2023, We encourage the language coordinators to sign up their community on this link by the 25th of January 2023.
